To reproduce, all that is needed is to download and install the given program, run vdosplus.exe, type a character or two, and press the left key. On Windows, this moves the cursor left; on Wine, nothing happens. This is with Arch + kwin 5.20.4, in case it's an X11-related bug. I don't know if this is actually a regression, though. It'd be nice if the reporter can name a wine version in which the problem is not present.
