[Bug 31848] Printing from command line not implemented in Wordpad

Went back to Wine 1.6.2 and wordpad does still remain in memory, so it doesn't
look like that is a regression.

The result being that any application that expects a reboot after installation
requires an actual reboot (or kill wordpad and let wineserver exit), if a user
has tried to print using this method.

Wordpad needs to exit after reporting the error, but it doesn't.
