At the moment, it quite depends whether this bug can be closed or not.
Technically, you can access ROTTR main menu but starting a new game requires
either installation of vcrun2012 override or fixing bug 43051
(https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43051).

I would keep it open until the mentioned bug 43051 will be fixed.
