[Bug 33415] OrCAD 9.1 Capture Student crashes when loading a new project

Actually no, that's not the program that is the problem.

The schematics editor, known as Schematics, works fine. The problem is when I
try to run a simulation, which calls the Capture program. That is where both
programs crash.
