[Bug 23498] Civilization 4 is not properly displayed

I just rebuilt mesa to get the gallium softpipe:

glxinfo | grep renderer
OpenGL renderer string: Gallium 0.4 on softpipe

A test-run with current wine.git master shows the same too dark graphics as
seen before.

Should I open another bug report?
