[Bug 41269] MSI uninstaller does not clean up Registry's UpgradeCode, ProductCode

I have checked both logs and cannot see more whether the patch works or not. 

In order to nail down the issue I have created a full package again including a
tracing tool to explicitly see if the corrections are fine. Please see all in
att. "Wine_bug_41296_Test_Scenario_Version_2.txt". 
For the simple tool see "Uninstall_Composer_check_Registry.cpp" for reference.

I hope this all is not too confusing and helps to get this issue fixed.
