Simple browser demo + source

Run and press F5. It should refresh page, but nothing happens except:

fixme:mshtml:OleInPlaceActiveObject_TranslateAccelerator
(0x1f8ab8)->(0x15df158)

(I also have other applications needing that, this is easiest to reproduce)
