In Wine 1.1.6 the bug is still present.

When Store window loads the first time, it has both vertical and horizontal
scrollbar. The page scrolls only if the mouse cursor is on the scrollbar. But
then if you click on any link and another page loads, there are no scrollbars
and the only way to scroll is to use keyboard arrows.
