Wine terminal log (wine-devel 10.3 - 21 Mar 2025 repack) - first broken version

this log looks very similar to the wine-devel 10.6 log, and also includes
"Vulkan version 1.1.0" and "err:winediag:wined3d_adapter_create Using the
Vulkan renderer for d3d10/11 applications" and a lot of mentions of "wined3d"
