ran with debug set to loaddll

Just for fun, I ran my install file with debug set to loaddll. 
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly
'System.Management.Automation, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. File not found.
   at customactions.Program.ChangeAppStartingCursor()
   at customactions.Program.Main(String[] args)
