I can confirm this bug also affecting Autodesk Inventor.

As a rather curde Workaround - extract the installer with 7z, then mkdir
ODIS/ODIS, cp -R ODIS/* ODIS/ODIS; mv Setup.ex* ODIS; wine ODIS/Setup.exe.
