I'm quite new here so I don't know all wine compiling mechanism. In fact, Pierre Monteux was right. Current version links against libc instead of using msvcrt library. And that's -mno-cygwin do. I noticed xcopy had '-mno-cygwin' flag though it fails compiling according to the first post.
