[Bug 42370] Sniper Elite 3 stuck at "Completing Installation 1%"

How can you declare something abandoned when I just commented on it?
It's my bug report. To me it's non-issue.

The "Completing Installation 1%" box is normal steam behavior.  I see it all
of the time for other applications that have trouble starting.  When I fix what
the problem with offending game is, the box goes away the next time I try to
start it.
What I'm saying is I'm used to it.
