Sometimes, launching the executable with its absolute path works. But it not
recommended. The better way to launch an executableis to lauch it within its
folder: here

cd .wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/TLKGAMES/3DRTBrickBlaster/

(I used a 32 bits arch), adapt following to your case)
wine 3drt_brickblaster_share.exe
