[Bug 43910] "Battle.net helper.exe" [NOT BLIZZARD APP!] crashes with Win 7 or higher

This leads me to hypothesize that whatever is crashing is an older technology
and Blizzard is gradually upgrading the News reels for games to the newer tech
that does work. If that is the case, then hopefully with time this issue will
be gone.

But this is just a theory.
