Opening the "World properties" dialog takes ~5 seconds on my system since 10.20 (it is normally instant), freezing the UI until completion and the same on closing the window. It is a C++ MFC windows app and can be found here for quick repro case: https://mushclient.cthulhumud.com/x64/5.08/MUSHclientx64_5.08.zip The zip file is the portable version. Don't need to setup a MUD or connect anywhere. Just extract, run and open World Properties either via the File menu or Alt-Enter shortcut.
