[Bug 38060] Apps can't load custom fonts during runtime

Tought it could be usefull. To be honest I have no idea were to look. The only
thing I know are the following:

SA-MP runs quite fine except for the killbox wich use gtaweap3.ttf. Seems I'm
not the only one with this problem (eg:
https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=18213&iTesting...)

MTA does not start saying it could not load "pricedown.ttf".
