The base Civ4 exe runs fine, but when I try to run the firaxis Civ4Patch1.74_Final.exe, it runs InstallSheild and comes up with a dialogue saying "The setup detected that no version of Sid Meier's Civilization 4 is installed. This update requires that a previous version of the application be installed." I get essentially the same message for the Civ4WarlordsPatch2.13.exe.
