Continuing investigation it seems like the  case DMUS_PMSGT_WAVE: from
ProcessPMsg isn't being hit. 

This desite 0024:trace:dmime:wave_track_Play (02E8DE90, 1BE9D228, 0, 1, 9164,
0x15, 00114E28, 02C23088, 1)
being in the log, wave_track_Play being the function to create and send to the
performance the Msg
