[Bug 16655] New: OpenOffice.org 3 installer ignores "Create a start link on desktop" option

The installer of OpenOffice.org 3 has the option "Create a start link on
desktop". The problem is that this option seems to be ignored. It doesn't
matter  if this option is selected or not, the start link on the desktop is
*always* created.
