[Bug 29614] WinRAR viewer crashes on a particular file

Wine 7.5 x86 + WinRAR 5.5 x86 (MD5SUM 62eab80792db53bf945ff0f835790d36 
wrar-x86-550.exe): no crash with DOS/Windows/UTF-16/UTF-8 encodings.

However Wine still crashes this way:

1. View the file
2. Switch to UTF-16
3. Switch to UTF-8
