[Bug 10841] Wine does not restore display resolution when it's looses focus

Vitaliy, this is a rehash of bug 10839. He wants to run warcraft III (probably
using opengl) without changing his wide-screen desktop resolution. The game
does not officially support wide-screen and has to set a 4:3 resolution. He can
get around this by hacking the registry entry for the game which I suggested to
him earlier.

Anyway, wine DOES have to set your desktop to the resolution of the game while
in the game. You can't get around this.
