Googling a little it seems that dgivecp.sys former "DgiVecp" appears to be
installed from either ViewAhead’s TeamMFP software or some FujiXerox
Workcenter app. Either way, as this is not a Microsoft driver, and less a
common one.

But I never saw this one running Black & White, maybe it was installed by
another app?
