I suppose it will be easier if we clearly confirm if it is possibly yet another PIC prolog in your local build, or you facing a different crash. Can you test it with prebuilt Wine 4.5 downloaded from playonlinux (64 bit version), which I tested it with successfully? If it will solve the issue, it would be interesting to know your local build compiler version and flags.
