Wine project has nothing to do with your preferences or your web browser's favourites list. Well, when the link is to the Wine website, its in Wine interest to place a link to it.

Invalid, Wine doesn't have browser. But you can run Internet Explorer (and maybe other browsers that store the favorites in the same place) on Wine.
