[Bug 14296] winhelp: Extraneous flashing cursor/caret

Another help file which shows this problem is that for Paint Shop Pro 3.0.

Open that and click "Getting Started" then "What Is PSP Browser?". Clicking the
tabs at the top should move to another page, but Wine winhelp just shows a
flashing cursor at either side of the tabs image.
