This should probably be marked STAGED with
https://github.com/wine-staging/wine-staging/tree/master/patches/nvapi-Stub_...
(or duplicate of bug 35062 and use that one as a bug for missing nvapi support.
Although I'm not sure if that would qualify as a meta bug, which should be
avoided).
