As for your appdb request, you'll need to ask the appdb maintainer for that
game to add the bug.

While this is high up on my priority list, I'm not actively working on it right
now. If someone wants to take the ffms2 ball and run with it, please do. I
don't think it should be too hard, you can use my ffmpeg patch on this bug as a
rough guide.
