http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59294 Bug ID: 59294 Summary: [Enhancement] WineExplorer enhancements Product: Wine Version: 11.0 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: enhancement Priority: P2 Component: explorerframe Assignee: wine-bugs@list.winehq.org Reporter: user.pecheniok@gmail.com Distribution: --- Wine explorer works for what it does, but there are several enhancements I think it would benefit from: - at least the first time you open it, it loads files extremely slowly. Maybe there is a way to speed it up? - you can navigate folders using the keyboard, just like on windows. However, you wouldn't know that if you tried to use them the same way. Every time you try to go back with a backspace, the explorer makes an unhelpful noise. It works if you click on empty space in the window, but you need to do that every time you change the folder. Same with arrow up/down to select folders. - it would be convenient to be able to cut/copy/paste files at least. It is pretty inconvenient to be selecting files from within a program for example and wanting to copy something, and suddenly realising you can't do that and needing to switch to the OS' file manager. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
