I forgot, between the steps 3 and for:
3. Place the folder/files in the installation program folders `plugins` and
`update`.
3.1 Open the 'Plugin Manager':
Plugins >> Plugins Manager >> Show Plugins Manager
3.2 Install the plugin 'MarkdownViewer++'
4. Open a *.md file
