In the case of Kairatune it is different, the plugin hangs LMMS and the error window in WINE is displayed. See wine crash log. I used wine 5.0 stable for this tests. After installing staging and check "Hide wine version" there is no crash. Can you tell me what that means? Does the plugin do something different if it detects wine?
