AFAICT it seems to get a tiny bit further. Now this -->
err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {04fe9017-f873-410e-871e-ab91661a4ef7} not
registered

seems to refer to unregisterd and missing ffdshow.ax. You could try same recipe
as with previous mp4splitter.ax.

(BTW are these files by any chance not installed by program?)
