Confirmed, patch not working here either.
Patched wine-staging-1.7.52, wine-staging-1.7.54 and wine-staging-1.8-rc3 with

- no luck.

WINEDEBUG=+tid,+seh,+relay,+server results in a 6.3gb log file, if you have
something specific you want me to look for I'll be happy to help.

Also ran the SC2Switcher_x64.exe with WINEDEBUG=warn+all, maybe that contains
some useful information.
