[Bug 46567] DX11 Unity games fail to start with wine 4.0

I did re-installion to mesa-vulkan-drivers, vulkan-tools, and libvulkan1, and
installed libvulkan1:i386 (I can't belive that I missed that one), but nothing
changed. One thing I need to do, I will purge obiaf ppa.
