The current version of this tool doesn't install, but an older one (linked)
does. However, changing the burn rights settings within the program and
clicking "apply" results in:

wine: Call from 0x7bc4c490 to unimplemented function
SETUPAPI.dll.CM_Set_Class_Registry_PropertyA, aborting
wine: Unimplemented function SETUPAPI.dll.CM_Set_Class_Registry_PropertyA
called at address 0x7bc4c490 (thread 003c), starting debugger...
