Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. start two instances of mspaint (A and B) 2. draw something in A. select all and copy into clipboard. 3. paste into B. 4. still in B: Select all and copy into clipboard.
result: A will receive an exception.
Seen this also on other applications.
Might be similar to bug 11295.
