That log doesn't show anything useful.

I have no idea if World Racing installs or not, this bug is for Warhammer 40k:
DOW.  My guess is that the installer you're talking about uses continuous
cabinets.  Continuous cabinets with multiple CD installs is tracked by bug 4533.
