Another one is comdlg32ocx. Anyway, it works fine for me as far as I can tell,
just by moving the slider, value updates accordingly, and it's not stuck.

Are you actually running wine 4.0-rc2?

P.S. admin, we should remove both application attachment, and Windows dll.
Unless application is free to distribute.
