Steam client do not show web page (black screen) also set -no-cef-sandbox
because:

Call from 0x7b43c9dc to unimplemented function
mfreadwrite.dll.MFCreateSourceReaderFromMediaSource

Set above .dll as native (get to web) steam client work as well.
