[Bug 57859] Wine 10.2 "broken" on Ubuntu 24.04

I changed the libdir to lib in the rules file and built Ubuntu 24.04 packages
to test. They are on
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Emulators:/Wine:/Debian/xUbuntu_2....
Can someone please test them? If someone can confirm that solves the problem, I
will rebuilt the other Debian/Ubuntu packages.
