Output after applying patch 104029

I didn't get any mail yet.
Anyway, a helpful guy on IRC helped me out and I managed to compile the git
version with the patch.

Didn't change the performance problems either though.

The patched version from Stefan Dösinger provided the best performance so far
even if it's still not good at all.
