Notably, the ntdll-ForceBottomUpAlloc patchset was disabled until commit
676f261e also removed 'Disabled: true' from its definition file. I confirmed
that re-disabling the patchset gets things working again. Was enabling it
intended? It seems like it's not ready yet.
