Debug output from Ami Pro 3.1 crash

Working around bug #39104 by installing via dosbox / windows 3.1 and copying
all relevant files to a clean wineprefix makes the application start under
Wine, but crashes shortly after.

Attached is the debug output (WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid)
