emulating virtual desktop can be set for .exe in winecfg as well,
but , in my opinion, fullscreen visual is more appealing

checked with KDE 4.5.4 , WOW 3.3.5a (cannot upgrade yet to 4.0.x) and wine
1.3.9
still cannot restore WoW window after minimizing
