[Bug 4729] photoshop 6,7,CS: Resizing child window hangs/crashes wine.

In wine-0.9.44, those child windows appear to be managed,
which seems wrong, but however inconvenient it is, 
it did seem to stop the hang.  Once those windows are
fixed again to no longer be managed (please?), the
bug might uncloak.
