[Bug 24033] StarCraft2 bad physics issue on non-flat landscape parts that is unrelated to the physics

No, maybe it generate less such bugs, but fast testing shows, that at least
"Out of law" mission still has such bug. I'll test further known locations to
see, if it has any affect.
