[Bug 34440] NHL 2007 demo fails to install (modified DX runtime installer with broken check for DirectX 9.0c)

If you bypass the dx installer, I assume you soon get into somekind of game
menu. I am missing some elements. I only see blue pattern background, Quit
(esc) text and that's it. Music is playing, but something is missing.

This is with full game.
