[Bug 51244] Frostpunk doesn't launch with builtin msvcr120

Just tried in a clean prefix. Reproducible even for EpicGamesLauncher itself.

1. Install EpicInstaller-12.1.7.msi
2. Run EpicGamesLauncher.exe in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic
Games\Launcher\Portal\Binaries\Win64' with -SkipBuildPatchPrereq flag.

Same error msvcr120 not found.
