[Bug 46597] Awkward Arabic letter in Office 2010

I did clean prefix, and no response to resolve this issue yet. I hope this
issue getting some treat. There are other problems with MS Office 2010 some
Arabic related and some not. I want to deal with them one after another. It
might be related issue if first problem is resolved the other resolved with it.
