Added another testcase:

 * schedtool -a 0x1 -e wine iw3sp.exe +set sys_smp_allowed 1  //"fixes" the
problem, CoD console truly reports sys_smp_allowed 1, wine console output
repeats "fixme:d3d:resource_check_usage Unhandled usage flags 0x8."
